JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Office Assistant with Marketing experience to join our Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including administrative support, marketing assistance, and office management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support, and conduct market research and assist with marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Assist office operations, including ordering supplies, managing invoices, and maintaining records.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Canva
Experience with social media management and email marketing tools.
