Short-Form Content Video Editor For An Ecommerce Marketing Agency

We are a small but growing ad creative agency specializing in user-generated style video content for ecommerce brands. We are looking for a creative video editor to help our content stand out on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. If this is you, read on!

This role is for a video editor that is up to date and very capable with the latest short-form editing and animation styles. We are looking for someone to edit our agency's own organic content to fuel organic growth in our audience and client Upgrade to see actual infocondarily, you may also support in producing video ads for our client brands.

Your tasks may include:

- Creating YouTube Shorts videos using your own creative captioning, motion graphics, and animations ideas, and also the latest short form content editing styles and captioning trends
- Creating social media videos (ex: TikTok & Facebook videos) that convert to sales using our client brands' vast library of images, videos, or user-generated content
- Curating and creating hooks and scripts using fundamental copy writing and marketing concepts
- Making data-driven decisions, such as reviewing ad performance and developing new ideas that iterate on proven concepts (ex: Facebook, Google, TikTok)

You are:

- Creative and can come up with your own original marketing concepts
- Have a great sense of design aesthetic
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with a strong understanding of American culture
- Reliable and consistently meet and beat deadlines
- Hungry to learn, grow and pushing yourself to new heights
- Take initiative and figure things out on your own - you give us solutions and results, not problems
