Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and generating leads for our real estate business. The Real Estate Cold Caller will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on their real estate needs
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and leads generated
- Follow up with potential clients via phone and email to nurture relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective cold calling strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and best practices

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a cold calling or sales role, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
