Customer Relationship & Sales Specialist

OUR TEAM IS GROWING!

and we are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) / Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) to grow with long term who will eventually take the role of leadership with our other VA's/CRS’s (we currently have 3 full time VA/CRS’s and are looking for 1 more)

You don’t need experience doing this to be considered. The goal is to create strong virtual relationships, categorize the time wasters, paying customers, VIP’s and cater to each individual client's needs. This is a very chill job, once you have an understanding of scripts & our curated content and upsell tactics it becomes quite entertaining and you can begin to put your own personality and wit into this job. There is never a dull day. The highest priorities for this position are:


STRONG COMMAND OF ENGLISH (ABSOLUTE MUST!!!!)
GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF Upgrade to see actual info CULTURE
GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF ANIME/VIDEO GAMES
GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF AMERICAN POP CULTURE
UNDERSTANDING OF KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
PSYCHOLOGY BACKGROUND AND INTEREST IN PSYCHOLOGY IS A BIG BONUS!


Candidates must be currently UNEMPLOYED and looking for a FULL-TIME job. We are also taking in applicants who want part time work (20-30hrs/week)

MUST be able to occasionally work graveyard (10pm-6am Philippines Time)




Compensation Details

• PAID five-day training (4-5 hrs/day) ($50)

• $2/hr STARTING RATE (30 days probation) ($400/month)

• $3/hr REGULAR RATE + 2% commission ($600-$1000+/month)

• $3.25/hr GRAVEYARD SHIFT RATE + 2% commission ($650-$1100+/month)

• $4/hr TEAM LEADER SALARY + 2% commission on ALL NET sales ($1400+/month)

• +$1.5/hr Over Time Rate (Overtime starts after 50 hours of work in a work week)

• 8 hours a day, 6 days a week

• Bi-weekly payout

• Regular Monthly & Weekly SPIF bonuses on top of commission


Technical Requirements

• Laptop/PC (processor must be i5 and above, at least Windows 10)
• Internet Connection (speed must be above 20 Mbps both Download and Upload)
• Webcam (for team ZOOM calls)
