UI/UX Designer (Project-Based)

We are an EU-based company that works in the tech sector. We are always doing new things and have a Lab for experimental work. You will learn new tech, AI, Data Management, and other exciting things. We as a company pay for courses and training so that you can grow with us.

We are currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with experience in Figma to join our team on a project-based contract. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development team to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our development team to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent design across all platforms
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma
Familiarity with design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Must be creative, self-motivated, responsive, reliable, and eager to perform well
