JOB OVERVIEW

The Web and SEO Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies on digital marketing initiatives across our web properties and will drive our search engine optimization to enhance our online presence and performance. Manages the overall direction of Summit BHC’s SEM strategy to drive customer engagement and marketing funnel Upgrade to see actual infovelops and maintains our web development plan (including documentation, tracking, content, SEO) based on strategic goals, business priorities, service launches, and other promotions and events.

Job Duties:

Manages and directs every aspect of online communications for all of Lullipop and it's affiliates, including social media and web content, with a focus on SEO and creating engaging content.

Traffics Web requests from various stakeholders to webmasters, writers, and designers and prioritizing tasks and establishing deadlines.
Monitors analytics and assessing the effectiveness of various Upgrade to see actual infomunicates with Facebook about account issues.

Advises social media coordinator.
Creates ads (includes determining audiences, budget, and calendar) for each facility.

Monitors social media comments on all facility pages. Responds to questions and comments, removes inappropriate material.
Responds to negative reviews on Google, Facebook, and Yelp.

Oversees editorial content for freelance Upgrade to see actual infoanizes and edit all blog posts, schedules them for posting.

Keeps up-to-date on information and technology affecting functional area(s) to increase innovation and ensure compliance.

Implements and enriches on-site SEO to achieve organic traffic goals (include keywords, meta descriptions and tags, competitive research, content development and ongoing targeting).

Focuses on what can be done to improve website conversion, analyzing user behavior and implementing A/B tests; web site analytics to inform content development.

Works with other marketing leaders to ensure the best landing experience for traffic coming from various marketing tactics, including email, digital advertising, promotions, events, sponsorships, etc.

Works with IT’s UI/UX specialist on refining the user journeys to maximize conversion rates.
