Our company is looking for an IT/Technical Staff who is an expert in GHL and has a strong background in creating automation for CRM, Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate should also be well-versed in HubSpot and can create automation for CRM, Sales, and Marketing. The candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience in website design and analytics, particularly Squarespace. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with fixing errors and glitches in GHL, Squarespace, and AdvanceMD.

Job responsibilities:
-Configure and administer GoHighLevel and Hubspot as required.
-Develop and implement automation solutions for CRM, Sales, and Marketing using GHL and HubSpot.
-Create and design high-quality websites using Squarespace.
-Monitor website analytics and provide recommendations for optimization.
-Fix errors and glitches in GHL, Squarespace, and AdvanceMD.
-Integrate AdvanceMD and GHL to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
-Manage and analyze social media accounts and metrics.
-Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google my Business.
-Expertise in Google Search Console.
-Conduct data analysis and provide reports using MS Office, particularly Excel.
-Familiar with Ring Central and integrating it into GHL.
-Expertise in API integration.
-Design multi-step messaging, reminder, and follow-up sequences via SMS and email using GHL
-Track and monitor system automation to ensure they are working as designed
-Integrate and exchange data with Google Workspace

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in GHL, HubSpot, and Squarespace.
-Strong experience in creating automation for CRM, Sales, and Marketing.
-Familiarity with AdvanceMD and integration with GHL.
-Knowledgeable in social media management and analytics.
-Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
-Familiar with Ring Central and API integration.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
-Analytical and has excellent multitasking skills
-Experience in the health industry using AdvancedMD is a plus.

Schedule
This is a full-time remote position (40 hours weekly). The schedule is 8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday off.

Salary is P50,000 - 60,000 based on experience.

commitment is required.
