We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Lead to join our law firm! As a Business Development Manager/Lead, you will be responsible for conducting market research, promoting the firm’s legal services and building client relationships in order to improve the firm’s clientele.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to bring in new clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure they are informed of the progress made
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and dealt with in a timely manner
- Creating proposals and presentation material
- Managing customer relationships
- Handling all social media platforms of the firm (LinkedIn knowledge is a plus!)
- Ensuring all social media platforms are kept up to date
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
- Relevant experience in this role working for a law firm
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Proficiency in using all social media platforms
- Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn and use new technology
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
