About The Job:
The role of a Graphic Designer is to consistently provide high-quality graphics to be used for
advertising purposes. You will be responsible for the visual brand identity, graphic design, video production, and user experience for our clients and our company, while working across all channels: website, email, social media. The ideal candidate is an experienced designer who is passionate about solving nuanced design problems in the simplest, most creative way.


You are responsible for supporting our marketing efforts with creative video editing and asset creation as needed. You are collaborative, detailed-oriented, and able to support numerous initiatives at one time. You are a video editor, and have experience with color, sound, motion, captions, and after-effects. You can easily demonstrate your talent and creativity with a video reel. You are a master of video editing techniques but your true passion is telling a visual story (including :15 sec clips to 1:30 min iterations.) You are a fast worker and can edit a high volume of assets quickly to support the ads team.


Responsibilities:

- Creating graphics for clients
- Creating graphics for the company
- Creating graphics for landing pages
- Organize, edit, and archive engaging digital content across all touch-points, and ensure videos are consistent with brand standards
- Edit images and video content for web and social media including rough cuts and final edits
- Create assets for social media and understand the technical implications of various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc
- Work with the ads team to develop creatives and video concepts to completion


About You

- 1-2 years of experience working as a graphic designer or related to creatives, and video editing
- Expertise in slides design
- Knowledge of any Image designing software/tool and Video Editing programs.
- Ability to tell a story through visuals leveraging existing and new assets
- A portfolio that showcases a variety of design skills and applications
- A designer’s eye: able to work within brand guidelines and create original looks and styles (design, layout, typography, and color theory).
- Willingness to learn and explore new creative software and tools.
- Conceptual thinker and visual problem solver
- Able to satisfy clients’ requirements, but also comfortable providing innovative insights when Upgrade to see actual infoing a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency while working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly creative and collaborative with excellent communication skills, able to work in a team and meet deadlines


Compensation:
$800 to $1,500 USD a month
