Truck Driver Dispatcher/ Recruiter

Truck Driver Dispatcher/ Recruiter is the liaison that connects shippers to carriers and completes execution from start to finish. Experience working for a US trucking company as a dispatcher is required.
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED IN DISPATCHING TRUCKS FOR US BASED TRUCKING COMPANY!
Also experience with us based company in freight forwarding, sales administration, cold calling, Recruiting, data entry putting out accurate quotes to win sales from our vendors online is a plus. The agent will source clients, plan pickups and deliveries, and negotiate fees.
If a route problem arises, you will correct the issue as quickly as possible to keep the cargo moving.

Day to day tasks involve a mix of administration, sales, and customer service such as cold-calling prospective clients, recruiting owner-operators and carriers to ship loads, schedule routes and dispatch truckers across their network.

We have all the tools for you to succeed and will also offer a commission to freight sales agent/ assistant per every shipment sold and completed efficiently.
Access to stable internet and phone line to work from is a requirement for this job.
