JOB OVERVIEW

We help families create wealth through property. When on the phones you'll have scripts to run off and you will also have ongoing training to help you continue to improve. This role, once established will allow you to make bonuses and have a paid holiday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set appointments for Property Coaches
- Manage leads and stay organized using CRM/Trackers
- Client Support
- Basic Administrative Tasks
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in BPO or customer service, appointment setting, real estate, office management, or any equivalent leadership position
- Experience working with Australian companies/clients is preferred
- Outstanding oral and written English communication abilities
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter who is at ease working entirely remotely and achieving deadlines with little supervision.
- Team player who can collaborate with a small group and seek assistance when needed
- Coachable, resourceful, goal-oriented, and persuasive
- Assertive and with entrepreneurial mindset; and
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

SYSTEMS: (Experience with these is preferred, but not required.)
- Aircall Dialer
- Hubspot
- Google Workspace

TECHINICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 8GB of RAM and i5 processor or equivalent
- At least 25 mbps download and upload speed of internet
- Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
- Can pick up technology well
