Who are we seeking?

Due to such steady growth, we are seeking our first in-house SEO Specialist/Web Developer to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Administration. The key functions of this role include:
• Full time 40+ hours availability (flexi time)
• Use WordPress to design website pages for new and existing products and business requirements.
• Use Elementor to enhance website design where appropriate.
• Fix Flaws within our current design, such as improved page load speed.
• Liaise with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, specifically director of administration.
• Utilize semrush, to optimise SEO.
• Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
• Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
• Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
• Analyzes, reviews and implements changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines.
• Maximizing the traffic to a site by improving page rank within search engines.
• Google Ads Management
• Be the technical lead
• Provide accurate and timely website analysis that contributes to tracking and achieving the Sales and Marketing Team's Strategy.
• Utilise Google Analytics, Search Console to provide up to date reports on traffic and web growth.
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following:
• Experience in web development / front end development
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Demonstrated experience with SEO implementation
• Professional communication skills - both with technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and non-technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
