Looking For A Ambitious Appointment Setter

LOOKING FOR AMBITIOUS Appointment Setter (Make calls and message leads that come from ads).
EARNING POTENTIAL ($300-1k per month) (& upside potential of 20 dollars per closed sale)
We are looking for a “A-player” Setter selling beauty services. We are looking for Native Upgrade to see actual info accent. Fully remote, USA/Canada time zone.

This would be a role where you’d close leads and collect a deposit for the owner. This will be a 15 minute call. This would be a high-level appointment-setting job. With calls being scheduled every 45 mins.
IMPORTANT: Our clients current close rate for calls that show up is 30?cause of a great offer and high urgency (women wanting to improve there beauty)

The job would include:
- Setting appointments and taking calls to get deposits (15-30 mins each) selling our services that is around 500 dollars and turning it into a deposit for them to come in our office.
- texting and confirming all appointments on your calendar
- some appointment setting-admin stuff
Qualifications:
- English speaker or fluent with little to no accent
- Preferred sales experience
- High emotional intelligence. Able to connect with almost any person.
- Natural talent for sales
- Ambitious attitude always striving for growth
- “Natural” at selling and connecting with people
- Growth mindset. Willing to be coached and grow as a appointment setter
- Willing to do follow ups (20% of sales for our clients come from follow ups 1 month later)
- Available in US time zones (5-6 days per week)
