We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Biller to join our team and work remotely. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process medical billing and coding for ambulatory surgery center procedures and services.
Review patient accounts, verify insurance coverage, and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on outstanding or denied claims.
Work with healthcare providers and office staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
Continuously update knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures, rules, and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
Must be able to work graveyard shift.
Activtrak software is a must for all associates.

Qualifications:
College level or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of experience in medical billing in an ambulatory surgery center setting.
Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical billing software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
