JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our CEO and help streamline day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft products, Asana, Mailchimp, social media posting, and be comfortable using or learning AI technologies like ChatGPT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
2. Coordinate communication, including emails, phone calls, and video conferences.
3. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Manage and organize tasks, projects, and deadlines using Asana.
5. Handle email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp. Mailchimp database management.
6. Assist with social media posting and engagement across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
7. Provide research support on various topics as needed.
8. Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers using Microsoft Teams and other communication tools.
9. Stay up-to-date with AI technologies like ChatGPT and be comfortable integrating them into daily operations.
10. Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
3. Experience with Asana, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI technologies and software.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
7. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
8. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
9. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
10. Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
