Software Development Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Project Manager to join our team and lead the development of a Laravel and MySQL-based application. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing agile development processes and ensuring the successful delivery of the project within budget and timeline constraints. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring other members of the development team.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the planning and execution of software development projects using agile methodologies
-Ensure the successful delivery of the project within budget and timeline constraints
-Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks
-Communicate project status to stakeholders, including teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, management, and clients
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are aligned with business objectives
-Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase team productivity and quality
-Train and mentor other members of the development team on agile development processes and best practices

Requirements:
-At least 5 years of experience in software development project management
-Strong experience with Laravel and MySQL
-Proficient in agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
-Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello or Clickup
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
