Graphic Designer (Promotional Products)

About the Company:

We are a Promotional Product Company that creates branded merchandise and gifts for our clients. Products such as clothing, headwear, mugs, drink bottles, pens etc..are decorated with their brand or logo and used as giveaways etc to promote and elevate their Upgrade to see actual info our business, there are different areas where we require the skills of a well rounded competent Graphic Designer. We are looking for someone to join our team who can take care of the process side of Graphics.

We love to create Product Mock Ups for our clients so they can visualise and get a good feel for how their brand or logo will look on that product. Once that is approved, we then go on to create an official Artwork Approval for them to sign off prior to production. Some creativity and flare is required, a good eye for detail is so important- making sure logos are skewed well, centred etc.
Then from tie to time, there is everything else!
- Create vector files for logos or artwork that has been given to us as Bitmaps, .
- Create press ready art for offset or digital printing - layers for die cut stickers etc
- Be creative for our clients and create artwork for things like Clothing, Pull Up Banners, Posters, Gift Boxes etc. - you will be guided to an extent but your own personal flair will be allowed to shine.
- Work with and prepare photos/images to be their very best for upload to our clients Product Portals
- Work on our own Company branding and our own marketing initiatives - potentially web, socials etc..

Along with the above, we would be thrilled to find someone who has worked with Corporate Branding. Creating logos and the whole visual identity of a company, including brand guidelines and has a thorough understanding of how colours relate through CMYK, PMS, RGB, HEX etc..

Responsibilities:

- Create artwork mock-ups and logo designs on promotional products
- Prepare artwork approvals and put logos on templates to show their approximate size and placement
- Create presentations for clients
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into designs
- Meet project deadlines and work efficiently to manage multiple projects at once

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in the Promotional Product industry will be very HIGHLY regarded.
