We are hiring TEMPORARY recruiters to fill in for our two employees going on maternity leave.

We are looking for who has the following qualifications:

2+ years prior professional work experience (Recruiter and or Admin/ Executive Assistant or Coordinator experience)
Excellent English
Proactive, motivated, and committed. Someone who takes initiative to do what it takes to get the job done.
Great written and verbal communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
Hyperorganized, reliable, and holds self-accountable; Great integrity!
Must be trainable/coachable
Professional and positive attitude!
Experience using Zoom, Skype and Upgrade to see actual info, Google Duo, and FaceTime
Ability to type at least 36 words per minute
Ability and interest to work fully remote
Computer Savvy, has a solid understanding of all Microsoft programs, Google Drive, etc. Avid texter
Basic understanding of all computer software & platforms including social media (ie: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc).
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


You will be responsible for a multitude of tasks including but not limited to:

Sourcing and recruiting candidates
Screening candidates’ resumes and job applications
Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
Using HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Prior knowledge and experience are a plus!
Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships

Pay is commensurate with experience, via payroll + unlimited PTO + option for 401k & performance-based bonuses
