We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to grow with our 5-Year-old Business. Looking for full-time, long-term Upgrade to see actual info job hoppers! You will be trained and expected to conduct the following tasks daily: Email Support, Text Support, Facebook Chat Support and Social Media Comment engagement (IG & FB). All phone calls are already tasked out via our call center. So you will not need to answer any phones. Must be fluent in English. Must have Customer Service Experience. Must be easy to work with and have a hard work ethic. Hours of availability must include 8AM -5PM CST (Mon- Fri) 5 days per Upgrade to see actual info weekends. Starting pay is $ 50 USD/wk for first 2 trial weeks. Then if performance is satisfactory, we will invite you to stay and bump you up to a weekly salary of $75 USD.
