AI/Machine Learning Engineer to help us automate processes

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and help us automate several processes for a real estate company based in the US using AI. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and have a real impact on the future of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scraping data from real estate websites such as Upgrade to see actual info and cleaning and formatting the data for analysis.
- Using machine learning algorithms to analyze the data and make predictions about the value of houses.
- Extracting meaningful features from the data that can be used to train the model.
- Building and deploying the model in the cloud and maintaining it.
- Communicating the process and results to stakeholders.
- Keeping the data safe and private.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with web scraping libraries such as BeautifulSoup and Selenium, machine learning libraries such as sci-kit-learn and TensorFlow, and data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure
- Experience with data security best practices and how to keep the data safe and private.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
