We are looking for a YOUTUBE CHANNEL MANAGER who has an innovative mind with burning passion and endless creativity. The chosen candidate will be mainly responsible for handling Youtube channel/s, metadata analysis, topic suggestions which includes the most trending topics on personal finance and personal development. Aside from that, he or she will also be tasked to work closely with the script writer for researching and gathering data, and to help our brands grow online.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy for the channel that aligns with the brand's overall marketing objectives and resonates with the target audience.
Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality video content that resonates with the channel's target Upgrade to see actual infoannel Optimization: Optimize the channel's metadata, titles, descriptions, and tags to improve search rankings and increase organic Upgrade to see actual infodience Engagement: Engage with the channel's audience through comments, social media, and other platforms to foster a sense of community and increase engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to stakeholders to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Creative Direction: Develop and execute creative concepts and ideas for new video series, campaigns, and other content Upgrade to see actual infodience Development: Develop strategies to attract new subscribers and grow the channel's audience, including outreach and promotion through social media, email marketing, and other channels.
A YouTube manager is responsible for managing a YouTube channel and developing and executing strategies to grow the channel's reach and engagement.
Monetization: Develop strategies to monetize the channel, such as through advertising revenue, sponsorships, or merchandise sales.



Job Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of work experience
Must have a knowledge on Youtube videos, it’s algorithm, and the trend
Well-versed on personal finance and personal development
Must know how to write short-form and long-form content
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Must have good command with American English conversational tone
It’s a bonus if you have an experience writing for Youtube content
Must have initiative and can work on his own with little supervision
Must bring innovative ideas and trending topics to the table
Agrees with the use of time tracker software during work hours
Attendance of daily 9:00 AUpgrade to see actual infoetings
Work between Philippine daytime hours (9:00 AM onwards)
