Sales/Marketer

We are looking for a dynamic sales and marketing professional to join our healthcare staffing agency team in Canada. Your main responsibility will be to cold call long-term care facilities and promote our nursing and caregiver services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable agency and make a real difference in the healthcare industry. As part of our team, you will be expected to work a minimum of 5-10 hours per week, which will gradually increase to 30 hours per week over a 30-day period. We offer competitive compensation packages and potential for raises based on performance. We are currently auditioning 3 to 5 candidates for a test project, and the successful candidate will be offered a full-time position. English grammar is the only requirement for this position, and we can train you on everything else.

Job overview: Your role will be to generate leads and close deals by calling long-term care facilities across Canada. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have previous sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry. You must be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter who is highly motivated, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You must be comfortable with cold calling, have a professional phone manner, and be able to work independently.
