Senior Fullstack Developer - NodeJS/React/SPA

We are Ivyworks, a boutique Fractional CTO and development firm focused on three things:
(1) Discovery for Private Equity or SMB business regarding a potential project.
(2) A "Turnaround Agent" focused on coming into an existing R&D department and reissuing process/policy.
(3) "From Scratch" SDLC management, design and development for projects in the 200k-5MM pricetag range.

We are looking for detail focused, overly communicative fullstack engineers to join our team and help supplement our workload, mostly focused within the React/NodeJS stack. We build mostly service-architecture software, including the deployment process and scaling infrastructure. This position is for long term, so expect to grow with the Upgrade to see actual infoernal promotion, pay-raises, and equity will be granted given we find the right person for this position.

What skills we require:
- Senior level knowledge of ReactJS, its component lifecycle, and common React libraries.
- Senior level knowledge of the NodeJS language and environment.
- Intermediary Linux knowledge, specifically for deployment and deployment automation.
- Experience developing in a large organization with focus on a quick-iteration SDLC.
- Intermediary knowledge about Systems Architecture surrounding Scalable and Extensible systems (think, app growth from 10,000 users to 10,000,000 and what services are necessary to support that change).
