We're seeking a long term, committed and hard working part time digital marketing specialist to help with a change in direction and branding.

Being a creative and strategic go getter, we expect you will have an eye for detail, good strategic thinking skills to evaluate our current advertising and service offerings in comparison to those of our competitors. Then work with our Social Media team to execute on a plan to increase traffic and awareness of our site across all media channels.

You should;
* Assist in keeping the firm's messaging uniform across our offering and platform.
* Ensure that our viewability and reach is profitable.
* Assist with research to make sure the offerings are close to optimal to provide value to potential customers while still allowing the organization to maintain an adequate operation.
* Ensure that prospective customers, readers, subscribers, see the platform's advertising initiatives and use our services.
* You need to keep an eye on data that reveals shifting patterns in advertising demographics and consumption, so we can cater our content.


THE ROLE;
Working with our social media team, Advertising directors and OBM, you'll help us to create professional and engaging video content to share on all forms of socials, our website and other Upgrade to see actual info's a bonus if you have experience with social media and using WordPress.

To be considered for this role, you must have examples of your work, which you should include in the application.

The ideal candidate:
* Has experience with all the Social channels automation and has measurable success.
* Has strong research marketing understanding in trends, can analyse the offerings of competitors.
* Have the ability to maximise the placement or channel for the advertisements to increase platform awareness and reach.
* Help shape and strategize content so we increase the reach and viewability to our audience.
* Create initiatives to produce content - Online publication of digital marketing content.
* Have the ability to create email marketing tactics and execute them into action.
* Analyse online traffic in detail, keeping an eye on Google Analytics and social media, ensuring our global reach is growing.
* Work with the Social team to create and carry out, analyses experiments and conversion tests.
* Expand our operations to boost ROI, track the budget and progress of projects .
* Conceive of, carry out, and analyse experiments and conversion tests.
* Create and provide management with a practical and executable marketing plan and clear strategy.
* Experience in digital marketing or similar activities.
* Understanding of marketing elements (SEO, Social Media).
* Experience with data analytics and tools and organization skills.
* Experience in customer relationship and content management.
* English communication and writing skills.
* Skills (MS Office, Web analytics, Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
