The Lead Full-Stack Engineer and Software Architect is a crucial remote role within our organization, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end technical solutions for our products and services. This individual should possess advanced technical skills in both front-end and back-end development, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and a passion for creating scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and secure end-to-end solutions for HireBus products and services
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to create seamless, user-centric, and technically sound systems that push the boundaries of modern web development
- Drive the creation and maintenance of internal software development guidelines, processes, and best practices to continuously improve team efficiency and expertise
- Mentor and guide other engineers on the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of full-stack programming experience, including proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, and other modern web technologies
- Experience with HTML, CSS, responsive design principles, and transitioning from legacy systems to modern tech stacks
- Deep understanding of database design, implementation, and optimization (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
- Proven experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools
- Strong experience with AWS and deploying/scaling cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK and serverless technologies
- Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- A track record of delivering highly complex, innovative, end-to-end projects with attention to detail and user experience
