We need help from a skilled teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to run our company's digital marketing operation. If you have an in-depth knowledge of PPC strategies with a proven track record with US based real estate companies, then please apply! Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns: Google Adwords, competitor analysis, optimizing ads copy, tracking conversions, bid optimization and campaign targeting
-Implement testing strategies to continually identify optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve campaign performance
-Provide recommendations and strategies for continued PPC campaign improvement
-Develop and Implement AI technology into a more robust Digital Marketing Plan

Requirements:
-Proven history & success in developing & executing PPC campaigns for a US real estate business
-Expert knowledge in Google Analytics & Google Ads
-Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
-Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry

Compensation:
- This is a part time position.
- Pay range of $5-$8 US/hour.
- Work hours are flexible but should be available for weekly meetings.
- Opportunity to earn more based on your performance.
