Sterling Staffing Solutions provides contract employment opportunities for Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nurses, and Social Worker positions across Texas. We specialize in providing medical staffing services to home health agencies. In addition, we offer placement for temporary and permanent positions within clinics, rehab facilities and hospitals as well.
Position Summary: As a Recruiter for Sterling Staffing Solutions, you will recruit for open positions throughout the company, predominately focusing on licensed healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on nurses, therapists and social workers. Confers with management, Intake and Care Coordination departments to discuss long-range staffing needs.
Your Recruitment duties include:
• Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.).
• Screen and assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, drug/background screening and conducting reference checks.
• Managing the maintenance of current contractors on staff by ensuring excellent attendance, resolving any issues that arise and ensuring employee and client satisfaction.
• Obtain and generate leads and set new meetings with prospective clients.
• Assist with the management of client accounts by attending/shadowing meetings, sending correspondence and/or communicating with clients and resolving any issues.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas (To be established by Management Team upon employment).
• Attend job fairs and career events.
• Stay up to date with recruiting methods
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
• Perform other special projects as assigned.
Your Administrative duties include:
• Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
• Write and forward rejection letters.
• Prepare and send offer packages.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain updated function metrics
• Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages
Qualifications
• Skilled in effectively sourcing candidates from a variety of sources.
• An ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with individuals at all professional levels.
• Proficient computer skills including the Internet and MS Office.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Motivated by being compensated for your achievements
Experience
• Two years minimum direct healthcare recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring quality clinicians, Therapist and Nurse experience a plus.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
