JOB OVERVIEW

Innovative US-Based Digital Media Agency needs a Social Media Manager. We are not looking to sub-contract other companies. We are looking for someone to work full-time and NOT work for other companies.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for a proficient social media manager who can work independently, is a good communicator (English language), and can meet deadlines. You must have a portfolio to show your work (managed pages and campaigns). You also should have experience working on multiple social media campaigns on different social platforms (Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram/youtube). Good customer communications skills and experience are required.

Availability to work 9 am -5 pm USA Eastern Time zone (New York time) Monday- Friday. And be available for teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Developing content strategies across all social media platforms
• Creating/publishing engaging content for various social media channels
• Communicating with the target audience, including followers in brand voice (commenting, handling direct messages, responding to queries promptly)
• Collaborate with Creative Content Team and Graphic Design Team to develop engaging content
• Develop a proactive, ongoing content calendar plan based on brand voice, ongoing marketing efforts, and current trends
• Identify potential influencers on all platforms and outreach them to facilitate partnerships
• Being able to utilize and create content templates within Canva
• Identifying key metrics and data points to make marketing decisions and supervise social media metrics and develop robust reporting along with competitive analysis
• Understand the diversity of social media platforms and stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
• Planning and developing content that provides value and meets the objective of boosting interactions and generating leads.
• Creating and editing visuals using Canva or Photoshop.
• Managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Commenting and interacting with related pages/accounts to Increase engagements
• Creating compelling captions and copywriting.
• Content planning with the Video Editing

A must:
- Proficient in the Usage of Canva
- Must have good customer communication skills and experience (English)
- Client Relation / Marketing Project Management experience
- Provide link to your portfolio showing examples of social pages you’ve managed and campaigns you’ve run.

A plus:
- Knowledge and have worked with WordPress websites
- Knowledge of graphic design and usage of Adobe Creative Suite software
- Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator proficiency and access to your own applications
