I have an online health coaching company for high-performing people. We specialize in gut health and physical healing with nutrition, behavioral psychology, and spiritual well-being. I am seeking someone familiar with Instagram best practices and culture, Canva design skills, Planoly scheduling, short-form educational copywriting, and is willing to learn and grow. The person for this role must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, as copywriting for posts is required. We have great relationships and work closely with our clients and you and your work will be a reflection of this. We go above and beyond with customer support and always over-deliver! Tasks/Projects:
Design captivating, educational, and on-brand Instagram carousel posts and Reels graphics (both static and animated)
Caption writing
Schedule Instagram posts (Planoly)

Position Requirements:
1. Fluent in communicating, writing to educate on gut and nervous system health, and speaking English.
2. Create minimum 5 Creative Image/text Carousel posts per week (may slightly vary each week - topics to teach on will be discussed and planned ahead of time with me.)
3. Create minimum 5 Creative Animated Reel posts per week (may slightly vary each week - topics will be discussed and planned ahead of time with me).
4. Be able to repurpose previous content for an updated look and feel based on new branding and updated ideal client avatars IN ADDITION to creating your own copy for posts that is on brand to our company's voice and our ideal clients.
5. Be available for 1-2 hours of research per week to create content with Cited sources on Upgrade to see actual info
6. Be able to take feedback in a healthy way and be open to revisions on content and copy.
7. Have a fast turnaround time for tasks, work quickly, and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
8. Submit examples of your previous work.
9. Complete a small trial project during the interview process to ensure you are a good fit for this position.
10. Successfully complete a “trial period” once hired to determine if you are a good long-term fit to work with me/my company.

12. Be able to follow SOPs and update them as needed based on current trends and social media updates
