Virtual Assistant - Drop-Shipper with Knowledge of Pokémon and Sports Cards
We are a growing US-based business looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in drop-shipping and a strong knowledge of Pokémon and sports cards. The VA will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing cards for our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing.

Responsibilities:
Manage orders on eBay, T&T, and Amazon platforms.
Fulfill orders from Amazon by sourcing items from eBay and T&T.
Calculate payouts and update inventory as necessary.
Verify shipping and payment information accurately.
Provide proof of fulfillment by updating seller notes on Amazon order pages.
Handle returns and order disputes with provider websites
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers via a dedicated communication channel.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and information about Pokémon and sports cards.

Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous experience in drop-shipping or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Pokémon and sports cards.
Familiarity with eBay, T&T, and Amazon platforms.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience with LastPass and PayPal payment processes.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
