Social Media Manager

Yugorithm is looking for a Virtual Assistant (Social Media Manager) to join our growing team!

100% Work From Home
Hours: 40 hrs/week| 8 hrs/day | Day Shift| Philippine Time

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build and execute social media strategies of multiple accounts through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement
Continuously improve multiple accounts by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
Gain organic traffic that can help brands attract more visitors, leads, and conversions
Conceptualize and create original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms
Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand
Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU (Skills and Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a social media manager
Outstanding skills in content writing
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Expert knowledge in online marketing for both foreign and local audience
Good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Knowledgeable in SEO
