JOB OVERVIEW

We have a full-time Marketing & Communications Specialist role open for immediate start. The hours of work are between 9:00am to 5:00pm on your time zone, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive demand for our services
- Create and manage marketing content, including email campaigns, monthly market updates, social media, Google ads, website copy, and other collateral
- Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to inform marketing strategy and tactics
- Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts regularly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Tasks will include:
- Development of content calendar
- Scheduling EDMs to support business areas
- Planning and implementing social media strategies
- Creative work with social media posting
- Responding to online forums
- Analysis of data and analytics for campaigns
- Providing feedback on performance and ROI initiatives for promotions and campaigns
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Creation of blogs, newsletters, social media posts, google ads and e-books
- Potential for some video editing
- Social media blurb content creation
- Editing photographs, creating adverts (proper size/ratio), montages etc (alongside the Graphic Designer)
- Adjust audio, colouring, text effects and other pertinent skills to make videos/posts without glitches or editing issues

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Very good written English skills
- Broad writing experience in content writing
- Your own computer and high-speed reliable internet connectivity
- Free from distractions within working time (9am to 5pm)
- Tertiary qualifications in media and communications and/or marketing
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Passion for digital content and strategy
- Proven experience managing social media channels and digital content including advertising campaigns
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to switch between strategic thinking and a strong hands-on approach to content creation

We are an Australia based company. We have a small team and would like a marketing specialist able to identify market opportunities, co-ordinate and implement marketing strategies along with content creation. Our systems email, filing and chat systems are web-based so you’ll be able to communicate easily being remote.

This is a long term, full-time position, in an already digital team! Perfect when you want to be working on the same time zone.
