We are an expanding company in the field of short term hospitality. We are currently looking for a FULLTIME AirBnb Guest Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a property listing with accurate descriptions and photos.
• Maintain the property listing by updating essential information.
• Confirm booking requests and send welcome messages.
• Answer queries before, after, and during the check-in.
• Make sure your guests have a smooth check-in.
• Share the accurate address and route to your property.
• Guide the guests if they need assistance during the transit.
• Track cancellation requests over the phone and update the calendar.
• Make sure your guests leave reviews and handle negative reviews.
• Track rescheduling requests and delayed arrivals.
• Keep your guests informed about any urgent information – like a new construction starting next to your property.
• Create guest resources like emergency exit plans, emergency contact information, and local tourist attraction
• Chasing outstanding payments, calling guest who have yet paid
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest services, including scheduling and workload distribution
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• At least 1 year experience working for Airbnb
