Podio Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Podio Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing Podio-based systems, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement custom Podio applications and workflows to streamline and automate the company's real estate acquisition processes.
2. Integrate Podio with third-party applications and services, such as CRM, email marketing tools, project management software, and financial systems.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and develop solutions that meet the unique needs of the company.
4. Monitor, maintain, and update existing Podio applications and workflows to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
5. Provide training and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on the use of Podio applications and workflows.
6. Continuously research and stay up-to-date with Podio best practices, features, and enhancements.
7. Assist in the development and execution of data migration and integration strategies.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Podio applications and workflows.
9. Document system designs, processes, and user guides to ensure smooth adoption and maintenance.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience developing and managing Podio applications and workflows.
2. Deep understanding of the real estate acquisition process and industry-specific requirements.
3. Proficient in Podio API, GlobiFlow, JavaScript, PHP, and webhooks.
4. Experience with third-party application integration, such as Zapier
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers at all levels.
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
