JOB OVERVIEW

As a UX (User Experience) Designer and developer, your primary role is to enhance the overall user experience of a product or service plus assist in development Upgrade to see actual info technologies. You will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered digital experiences, creating intuitive interfaces, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets the needs and expectations of users.
Here are some typical job responsibilities of a UX Designer:
- Conducting user research: Conducting user research to understand user needs and requirements, identifying user pain points, and gathering feedback on the product.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes: Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test the product's usability, functionality, and design.
- Designing the user interface: Designing the user interface, including layout, typography, color, and graphics, to create an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure the product meets business objectives and user needs.
- Testing and iterating: Testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
Keeping up with industry trends: Keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices in UX design, and incorporating them into your work.
- Creating design guidelines: Creating design guidelines and documentation to ensure consistent and cohesive user experience across different platforms and devices.

Skills required for a UX Designer/Developer include:
- User research: Ability to conduct user research to understand user needs and requirements.
- Design skills: Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop to create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets.
- Interaction design: Ability to design intuitive interactions and user flows that align with user needs and goals.
- Collaborative skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate design concepts and rationale, and incorporate feedback.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve complex design problems using data, research, and design thinking methodologies.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and feedback to different stakeholders.
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to program Upgrade to see actual info and SQL Server, PHP a plus.
