CODE a webscraper (Not someone who search the web by hand!)

We would like to have a software driven webscraper build (Not someone who searches the web by hand! Data entry and leadscrapers, please don't respond) which does the following things:

- add an exel or CSV containing at least a company name and a country
- the scraper scrapes: URL, main emailaddress, main address including postalcode, SBI code or branches name from countries chamber of commerce, main phonenumber
- You can also upload a CSV of job titles
- The scraper scrapes for each company all people with one of the jobtitles for: firstname, lastname, phonenumber, emailaddres
- if the emailaddress is not known, the scraper scrapes any personalemail address from that company (so not Upgrade to see actual info but Upgrade to see actual info The scraper than formats the found people with matching jobtitles, into the correct emailaddress for that person.
- The scraper let you download an exel or csv
