JOB OVERVIEW

We have an opening for Business Analyst on a Real Estate platform in Australia, working full time on Australian hours (9am - 5:30pm)

The platform is still in start-up mode, but we are about to start building out our roadmap and we are looking for a Business Analyst to dive head-first into this complex project.

You will be focusing on the current platform we have built plus looking into scaling the core product and working on new Upgrade to see actual info's an exciting time to join our team and you will be working in a fast-paced environment.

You will have the option of working fully remotely, be used to having daily stand-ups and stand-downs, and be excited by the chance of working on an exciting, innovative new Real Estate platform.

The role
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the role will include interacting with key stakeholders in the business to elicit high-level requirements, capture business needs and create detailed business requirements/stories and critical specification documentation for the product and technologies for both existing solutions and solutions to be further developed and enhanced.

Whilst working on this project, the role will also be feeding into scaling the core product and working on new features.

What will a typical day look like?
• Coordinate project delivery through effective contribution to the ongoing creation and improvement of development & supporting processes.
• Manage tight project scope and timelines while fulfilling the understood and agreed needs of the business, working closely with the Technical Lead and PM to create work plans, timelines etc.
• Participate and contribute to the development of BA processes and best practices.
• Ensure the requirements are clearly understood, captured and balanced in implementation during initiatives and projects.
• Manage ongoing relationships with stakeholders and clearly communicate and facilitate discussions between teams, business users and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Developers, resolving questions and clarifying confusion, providing timely and actionable feedback, to keep the process within time and quality expectations.
• Solid technical skills and technical experience is required as the project the role will be working on requires in-depth understanding of the technical aspects around multiple systems integrating, implementations etc.
