Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Agency Manager to join our
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies for our clients
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
Manage and motivate a team of lead generation specialists
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation, with at least 2 years of management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful lead generation strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
