We are a Startup Agency and we are looking for a VA that will build and maintain websites for our clients in WordPress and Drupal

We are looking for someone to grow with the company. Eventually, we will hire more Virtual Assistants and Promote our Initial Virtual Assistant to be the Team Leader

We Offer 13th Month Pay, Bonus based on quarterly performance, and salary raises based on yearly performance. Eventually, you will get a free Travel trip yearly.

You MUST*** have a working Knowledge and experience with WordPress and Drupal

You MUST*** be very FLUENT in SPOKEN ENGLISH

We are seeking a talented virtual assistant with experience in building and maintaining websites using WordPress and Drupal. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of website development and design, and the ability to build custom themes and plugins to meet our client's needs.

Responsibilities:

Design and build custom websites using WordPress and Drupal
Develop custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop websites to support those goals
Implement responsive design to ensure websites function well on all devices
Perform regular website maintenance tasks, such as updates and backups
Troubleshoot website issues and implement fixes as needed
Ensure websites are optimized for search engines and follow best practices for website design and development
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on website development progress
Requirements:

Proven experience in building and maintaining websites using WordPress and Drupal
Strong understanding of website design principles and best practices
Experience with custom theme and plugin development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

WORK SCHEDULE

VA to be able to work 4 hours a day, U.S. East Cost time from 9 am-1 PM
Very Fluent in Being able to Communicate Effectively English ( Understand, Writing, and Speaking ) for cold calling purposes
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details
Standard computer knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google sheets and docs
How to research on the internet and figure things out
