Traffic Data Analyst [Full Time]

Job Description:

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in and passion for data analytics who can turn raw data into meaningful knowledge and insights the company can use to make intelligent business decisions.

As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities are collecting data from traffic campaigns, updating traffic campaign trackers, and making analyses and recommendations from the collected data to assist the traffic team in achieving their goals. You will assist in developing and implementing data collection and processing systems to improve the quality and efficiency of our data processing and management systems.

Skills and Requirements:
— Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field
— Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and then provide recommendations
— Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, straightforward terms
— Organization and Critical Thinking Skills
— Accuracy and attention to detail
— Ability to create comprehensible but detailed reports
— Knowledge and willingness to learn the usage of related tools such as Google Sheets,

Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, ClickBank, and RedTrack (API Tracking tool)
— Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required
— Good English writing and communication skills with attention to grammar
— Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
— Ability to keep all critical information private (confidentiality)
— Tech-Savvy
— Has a reliable working PC, a stable internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset
— Punctuality
— Teamwork and collaboration skills
— Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any task
— Comfortable working with a time-tracking tool


Duties and Responsibilities:
— Collect data from various sources and manage databases
— Define performance metrics (KPIs) to assess the success of corporate initiatives
— Analysing data and Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
— Establish processes, procedures, and systems to make working with data more efficient
— Presenting data-generated information to clients and managers.
— Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
— Creating presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
— Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
— Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
— Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
— Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, mining, and cleansing

We have employed several virtual assistants for more than ten years, and the primary virtual assistant has been with me for over ten years. Currently, our company has more than 60 full-time virtual assistants.

We're looking for someone who is self-driven, resourceful, a problem-solver, and capable of staying flexible and adaptable. You must be able to finish projects on time and with minimal supervision.

You must be open and comfortable working a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7, and you must be open to rotational shift work.
