Our existing team is based in the Philippines, are we are looking to add a GHL Agency/Sub Account Manager. The ideal candidate has excellent English speaking skills, provides a premium level of customer service, is self-motivated, and has impressive technical skills.

Job Description:
This role will consist of creating funnels & automations using Zapier, Clickfunnels, and/or Go High Level, following up with existing customers via text/email/phone to ensure satisfaction and answer technical questions via scheduled ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings, managing DM’s/emails/chat with technical customer issues, and will hop on zoom calls with clients regarding technical customer support.


Duties include:
- Manage Agency Accounts and Manage Sub Accounts
- Set up Integrately, Mailgun, and Twillio
- Create Snapshot and Implement it with VIP customer follow up
- Manage Calendar for Bookings and also complete integrations (iCal, Google calendar, etc.)
- Pipeline Management
- Setting up Campaigns for email and SMS
- Create Forms (contracts, etc) and Surveys
- Build Workflows and Automations
- Build Funnels, Website, Membership sites, and Automations both in Go High Level and Clickfunnels
- Create Zapier Automations


Wage: $5.25/hour (starting rate)
- Paid weekly via Wise
- Guaranteed Salary Increase & Merch Package at 90 days
- Health Insurance at 6 months


Hours: Full time Shift (EST): Monday - Friday 10a-6p


Requirements:
- Excellent Attendance (non-negotiable requirement)
- NBI Clearance and 2 Forms Of Identification (non-negotiable requirement)
- Stable internet connection & reliable computer with a functioning headset (non-negotiable requirement)
- Prior GHL, Zapier, and Clickfunnels experience (non-negotiable requirement)
- Low frequency of power outages (non-negotiable requirement)
- Proficient English/ accent reduction
- Customer Service experience
- Social Media experience
- Speaks & writes English with proper grammar
- Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes
- High energy, a positive mindset, and a hard work ethic
