Chief Technical Officer

We are looking for a Chief Technical Officer for our Brand, he/she is:

1) Responsible to oversee the effectiveness of technology and resources within our Real Estate company including all systems and software.
2) Responsible for managing our company website and all its features. Must be able to focus on lead generation for our business through this website– using SEO to help bring customers to our site and connect with our realtors in a seamless way.
3) Identifies and resolves any/all technological issues that may arise, remotely. Furthermore, once a problem is solved he/she must create and implement a technological strategy to mitigate the risk of this issue happening again.
4) Monitors the management of hardware and software licenses and projecting future needs.
5) Must stay in communication with high level executives when performing research on new technologies and platforms that could enhance the overall growth of our company. This must be in alignment with our short and long-term goals.
6) Proficient in software technology, Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), report generating, and KPI (key performance indicators).
7) Understands security concepts, networking concepts and protocols: VPN, firewall (knowledge of web services, email services, FTP is a plus) and support account’s safety culture by following safety and security policies provided by the client, considering safety reporting and security concerns.
