Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant for a Video Agency with Content Writing experience

Job Description:
You will be working both directly with the owner, and with an internal team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Downloading, uploading, and scheduling videos in YouTube
- Adding in end cards in YouTube Studio
- Creating tasks in Notion to delegate to the team per the owner’s instructions
- Creating YouTube video descriptions from time-to-time
- Basic review of the quality of video edits such as grammatical errors, if the audio is in sync, etc. to ensure they meet the client's requirements
- Collaborating with/giving reminders to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure that deadlines are being met

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 months of work from home experience
- At least i3 or equivalent processor, 4GB RAM
- Stable, wired, internet connection with Download/Upload speeds of at least 25mbps (since the role will require downloading and uploading several large video files daily)
- You MUST be available on weekdays from 12-1pm AND 8-9pm Philippine time. The role is a flexible schedule for the most part.
- Knowledgeable in Google Workspace
- Knowledgeable in writing video descriptions for YouTube videos
- In the Google Form, when asked what your favorite color is, answer: “Gre3n.”
- Having other jobs is okay, as long as the tasks we require will NOT be compromised.
- MUST be a quick learner. We should not have to repeat ourselves once instructions are given.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread and correct grammatical errors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
