Job Title: IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer

Our company is looking for an IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer to join our dynamic team on an ongoing Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will provide help desk support for a variety of IT systems including Windows, cPanel, VoIP, LAN, Wireless and more. You will also be responsible for administration within the network, documenting and keeping network monitor up to date, data center activities, updating the ticketing system, general server, IT and network support & Helpdesk, on-call support when required and more.

As an IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their IT systems are running smoothly. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with clients directly. Additionally, you will be enthusiastic and willing to go beyond the call of duty when needed, be a problem solver, and have a positive Upgrade to see actual infosential Requirements:

Routing/ QoS, Layer 2 & Layer 3 Switching
Voice over IP(VoIP)
TCP/IP networking & OSI Model
Windows server 2008/2012/2016/2019
Exchange Server 2013/2016
Active directory & Group Policy
Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure

Additional Requirements:

Experience working in a ticket driven service desk environment
Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows 7/8/10, Mac OS)
Server Printer Management deployment and support
Good knowledge of Linux and related systems
Able to create virtual operating system templates

As our ideal candidate, you will have experience in IT support and have a strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure. You will be able to design, deploy, and support LANs/WANs/Wireless technologies and configure and install various network devices and services, including Mikrotik, Arista, and Cisco routers, switches, firewalls & servers. You will be responsible for maintaining data center responsibilities, including fault finding and hardware & software updates on devices.
