A super-fast-growing systems integration agency specializing in integrating ERP and other retail business systems.

We exist to simplify & accelerate retail business. And the call is there 24x7.

We build integrations between some of the world’s leading brands: Amazon, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, Xero, Walmart, Brightpearl, Inventory Planner, Dear, NetSuite… we have over 200 prebuilt integrations and demand is climbing fast.

We are now a team of 60 but with our growth we’re aiming to recruit a new Business Analyst/ Project Manager to support and maintain our evolving customer needs.

We are fully remote working across, the UK, Jersey, Italy, India, Philippines, and Canada.

Who do we need?

We are looking for a driven Business Analyst/ Project Manager, with a passion for customer experience, business process and solution design and a real desire to work in the retail ecosystem.

The confidence in your abilities along with your experience, will allow you to work across a wide variety of projects and clients. You will be a self-starter with a keen eye to detail, the ability to learn new software and processes quickly; you will also be adept at managing deadlines and ensuring stakeholders are onboard.

Functionally, you will be responsible for configuring and testing our ecommerce (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce or Etsy), sales channels (e.g., Walmart or Wayfair) and 3PL integrations (we have 80+)… for each new merchant we onboard. To date we have over 300 clients who are benefitting from our white glove service.

Technically, you don’t have to be a developer BUT you should be comfortable engaging with our stellar engineers, describing issues, translating API documentation, supporting bug-fix and briefing in new scope where customizations are required.

Keeping our training documentation up to date as well as delivering online tutorials for the different user communities is a key element to this role too.

Who are you?

You are a talented eCommerce Fulfilment Specialist, Business Analyst or eCommerce Operations Specialist with at least 5 years’ experience working with different commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, etc.), ERPs and 3P Logistics companies. You may also have experience of working with different ERPs such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Brightpearl, Unleashed or Dear. You might be a former ERP implementation consultant or a former QA with a passion for testing. You might even be a retail accountant with an appetite for operations and validating postings!

We are a diverse bunch – energy and an appetite to learn are mandatory.

You are excited by the challenge this role brings – the opportunity to make working with some of the world’s leading software brands accessible to all retailers.
