Real Estate Cold Caller

We have a great opportunity for a work-from-home Cold Caller to join our Real Estate company. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Our company is committed to career growth, and we offer a chance for promotions to Acquisitions or Dispositions Manager based on performance.
While BPO/Call Center experience is required, we welcome applicants without real estate-specific experience as training will be provided. The most important requirement is English proficiency with a level of C1 to C2, and Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required. We are seeking a positive, outgoing, and initiative-driven individual who is willing to grow into the role.
Responsibilities of the position include prospecting for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources, managing outbound leads using a multi-dialer, answering inbound calls (callbacks), scheduling appointments for Seller-Input, managing client and lead databases, and efficiently managing time, tasks, and leads.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with customer service experience strongly preferred. Preferred experience in sales or real estate as a cold caller is also highly valued. The candidate must be people-oriented, with the ability to build rapport with various types of seller profiles, think strategically, and have a passion for learning about the real estate industry.
This position offers a salary of $3-4 per hour, with opportunities for supplemental commission pay.
