JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage Inbound & Outbound calls in a timely manner
* Process non-standard requests
* Clarify requests with customers
* Perform administrative tasks associated with job
* Utilization of multiple resources
* General knowledge of services
* May work on routine special orders/requests
* Works under regular supervision, following instructions and procedures that are well defined, but may require the exercise of some judgment in application
* General knowledge of technical and business tools
* On occasion trains others on processes
* Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships
* Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment
