Ylopo LLC is an exciting, rapidly growing, and well funded technology headquartered in Santa Monica, CA with a growing team based in and around Manila. We are looking for a talented Data Analyst and System Support to work alongside our CTO. The right candidate will have extensive experience with ETL process and SQL coding and analysis skills.

This is a full-time, work from home position with working hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST. Occasional weekend work or overtime may arise when deadlines need to be met.



Skills Requirements:

SQL coding and analysis skills
Database, data warehousing and ETL knowledge
Tableau, GSheet and MS Excel knowledge
Pentaho and Postgres knowledge
Zendesk administration is a plus
Analytical, excellent attention to details and high problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication
Adaptable, can work with minimum supervision and capable of working in fast-paced environments


Job Description:

Design, analyze and document business requirements
Collect, analyze and structure data sets based on requirements
Analyze, design, document, develop databases and data collection systems
Collaborate with a team of analysts and other associates to process information and visualize data
Work with the management and other business leaders to identify and prioritize business and information needs
Conduct SIT, lead the UAT and oversee projects from beginning to completion
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Monitor and maintains application and troubleshoot technical issues
Provide technical support, test and evaluate new technologies


System Requirements:

The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for both main and back-up hardware
Ram should be at least 8 GB with 100 gb Free disk space
A headset with the noise-canceling feature
10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main internet service
strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup internet connection


Shift Schedule: 8AM - 4PM Pacific Standard

Rate: depends on experience
