JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO and PPC Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective SEO and PPC strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and optimize conversion rates. The SEO and PPC Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Development and Implementation:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for maximum visibility and relevance.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

PPC Campaign Management:

Create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
Conduct keyword research and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to achieve desired ROI and conversion goals.
Perform A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on PPC campaign performance.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Collaborate with web development and design teams to optimize landing pages and website elements for conversion.
Implement A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve conversion rates.
Utilize heatmaps, user recordings, and other tools to identify usability issues and friction points in the conversion funnel.
Make data-driven recommendations for improving user experience and driving conversions.

Competitive Analysis and Market Research:

Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the online landscape.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SEO and PPC.
Identify new keyword opportunities, ad formats, and targeting strategies based on market research findings.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management, with a track record of driving measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, SEM, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Certifications such as Google Ads or Google Analytics are a plus.

System Requirements:

At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
