Software and Data Engineer

Join a passionate team of innovators as a Software and Data Engineer. This position is responsible for the delivery, management, and implementation of platforms, applications, and solutions that support our internal teams and clients across a complex, high growth, multi-National environment. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications & Data, the Software and Data Engineer is responsible for the execution of design, development, configuration, testing, documentation and delivery of comprehensive software and data strategies and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain code within data strategy and standards outlined by IT leadership and Upgrade to see actual infovelop a practical and working knowledge of business processes; interact with IT Leadership and key business partners and execute appropriate solutions that best meet strategic needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Director of Enterprise Applications and Data to establish data architecture strategy, design, and evolution
Provide hands on development of data platforms, including architecture, collection, standards, and best practices to enable scalable, actionable, reliable data and insights.
Abide by best practices and strategies for platform administration and cloud production systems
Communicate effectively and implement documentation, and training for all levels of the organization with technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize software and data platform development Upgrade to see actual infocorporate a culture of efficient platform, integration, and testing methods and functions
QUALIFICATIONS:

6+ years experience development in MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL, preferably in a cloud environment
4+ years demonstrated experience in administration of databases and database systems
2+ years experience with Azure Business Intelligence solutions including Azure Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps
6+ years experience writing, deploying, and Upgrade to see actual info C# code. Windows services preferred; web development experience would be a bonus.
4+ years experience in API integration
Hands on experience implementing and managing software and data integrations in an outsourced contact center / BPO environment a plus.
Experience in consumption-based services including PaaS, SaaS and IaaS
Proven experience in data engineering, building a data warehouse, data marts, and data Upgrade to see actual infoep experience in cloud-first platform enablement with a focus of Azure, as well as API and microservices architectures.
Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail.
